It offers rapid access to healthcare providers and allows secure access by health professionals, with a vision to ultimately improve personal health and wellness of the user. This platform addresses the healthcare crisis caused by increasing costs and decreasing quality of care in the US and Canada. Chronic illnesses, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and stroke, are growing at a rate of 17.5%, with over 133 million adults suffering from one or more chronic illnesses. The chronic disease risk population over 55 exceeded 28% in 2019 and is expected to grow to 35% by 2030.

Telehealth use is increasing but has limits, such as limited vital sign data and poor quality of telehealth visits.
